What are L.I.F.E. Groups?
L.I.F.E. Groups are designed to give various opportunities throughout the week for people to get together to gain a greater understanding of the Bible and to develop a network of relationships that provide a sense of family. These groups are led by Spiritually gifted individuals of RBC and are held in the group member�s homes.
What Happens During L.I.F.E. Group Meetings?
Meetings can consist of praise; worship; prayer; topical book studies such as how to deal with anger, rejoicing in trials, or practical steps to applying the Bible. They often include social times which may include snacks, conversation, or reflection from group study.
A large part of the L.I.F.E. group setting is searching out and providing ministry opportunities such as working with Habitat for Humanity, providing homemade cookies to patients at the Veterans Administration Hospital, giving emotional support to group members, and providing nursery assistance for special church functions.
At RBC we believe that Bible study and prayer are the foundation on which a personal relationship with God is built. It is here that we seek to develop authentic Disciples by offering a variety of opportunities for Christian growth and maturity. We seek to support discipleship growth by helping individuals to
consistently progress through stages of discipleship maturity. Discipleshipstudy begins at 9:30 every Sunday morning.
We believe that music is an important part of worship. Music plays a large part in our worship experience. We seek to express our praise and worship in a way that pleases God and effectively communicates in today�s world. Our instrumentalists and vocalists feature praise and worship selections along with
contemporary arrangements of Christian music.
TeamKID is tailored for kids in grades 1-5. It is an age appropriate, yet challenging, outreach program designed to teach kids Biblical truths that are easily applied to daily situations. Our prayer is that the work
and experience which have been applied to TeamKID will make a dramatic difference in this generation of children who will soon be our leaders. Join us Wednesday night from 6:30 till 7:45.
